Deputy Director “Finances and Budget” Electricity System Operator (ESO EAD), Sofia, Bulgaria

He has graduated as an Energy engineer (Master’s degree) in Odessa Polytechnic University and has worked as a Research worker in Energoproject, Sofia and as an expert in National Electric Company of Bulgaria, dealing with technical and economic analyses in Energetics.

His latest activities include Management of the Balancing Market in Bulgaria and Contract and Securities’ Surveillance in ESO EAD.

Mr. Iliev is an associate member of Institute of Energy for SE Europe (IENE)
